Onri Jay Benally is recently featured by a German company Raith. He is developing new spin-orbit torque (SOT) materials used in Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM) and metallic-based spin qubits. Other projects Onri is working on are a new nanomagnetic brain chip under the Minnesota-Mayo Partnership and microwave-free fractal design spin qubit arrays. These projects are applicable to radiation-hard computer memory, quantum processors/ quantum computing, and nanomedicine/ biosensing.
